This ornament is solid, I mean, like a brick. It's got some heft to it. The painting is not perfect but not bad, it overlaps in some spots, but I think that adds to the 'spookiness' of the ornament. There were no chipped edges and the detail in the house is wonderful!

I have accidentally dropped this a couple times trying to hang it and it neither broke nor scratched the paint. I would absolutely recommend this for a spooky tree or even a wreath. Watch your toes if you drop it though!

I have a Halloween tree (black spooky branches) that I leave on my front porch. I am always on the look out for unique ornaments to add, so when I saw this haunted house I decided to order it. I am pleased that I did. It is a fun little ornament, well painted, nice looking. It's a little heavy (which means well made I suppose) but I will have to choose a sturdy thicker branch on my tree to hang it from. The best part of the ornament is that it is double sided so as it sways and swings on the branch it looks good from both sides. I am pleased with this order and would recommend it to others looking for fun well made nicely painted Halloween ornament.

Halloween is a big deal in our house plus we collect ornaments so this is the best of both worlds. It's incredibly detailed and I can honestly say mine looks exactly like the pictures--even down to the little figures in the windows. The ornament is a bit heavy so be mindful of that when choosing where to hang it. On the plus side, this is by far one of the more durable and toddler-resistant ornaments I've seen. For the price ($15 as of this review) you can't beat it and I highly recommend grabbing it if you are also a Halloween and ornament enthusiast!

Everything I've gotten from this company has been gorgeous and this is no exception. These ornaments been great gifts because they are unique and durable enough, but they're all works of art in this one is one of my all-time favorites.
